About the course

Designed for preteens and teens (ages 11–14), this dynamic online workshop helps participants refine their social etiquette skills for real-life and online interactions. Through engaging breakout sessions, roleplays, and scenario discussions, students practice confident introductions, navigate cultural table manners, handle respectful disagreements, and learn polite ways to say no. A special focus on digital etiquette covers group chat behavior, online empathy, and handling online conflicts, making it highly relevant for today’s connected world. Participants are encouraged to share personal tips, reflect on social mistakes, and create their own etiquette code, reinforcing their learning.
