Megha Rao has a natural essence of teaching - something only a few are gifted with. She has more than 4 years of teaching and 2 years of team management experience. She has also served as a teacher at Silver Oaks School from 2014 until 2019, where she primarily taught preprimary and primary kids. Along with teaching kids, Megha has 1.5 years of experience as an IELTS instructor at uFaber, a well renowned edtech company in Maharashtra. She has a strong understanding of her students owing to her Masters in Psychology. Her knowledge of student behavior has increased as a result of her teaching experience. It has never been difficult for her to determine their demands and requirements. She was given the title of "best customer relationship manager" for her outstanding work in managing client relationships. Along with her academic and professional endeavors, she has also worked on a number of projects, such as completing courses in project management and team handling, conducting research on rural education in India, and making improvements to it.
