Kanwalpreet Kaur has been working at Yuno Learning as an English instructor since 2021. Kanwalpreet chose this path as her career owing to the literary accolades she received during her education in school and college. She is a graduate and during her college work, she got the chance to be part of the "Muskaan Club", through which she started connecting with a lot of people from various walks of life. Hence, her communication skills have helped her connect with a lot of people ever since. It has invariably helped her to understand the daily life experiences they had. Her peers have often described her as being very passionate and hard-working with respect to her work. She loves to interact with a number of students. This allows her to understand her students’ needs, and help them to work on their weaknesses. In group batches, she ensures that every student is getting the concept by providing equitable speaking time to all and revising the concepts again and again at regular intervals. Being a language instructor, she believes that learning a new language requires patience and regular practice - a thought that reflects in her teaching method. She understands that the journey is different for different students and, hence, she analyses the pace of each student with respect to learning. In addition to this, she motivates the students to not get bogged down due to mistakes. She has tried to use varying degrees of activities for different students to make them understand basic concepts. She believes that once the basic concepts are clear, the students can build upon them, as they progress. Beyond teaching, she is an avid reader of Geopolitics and follows many experts like C. Rajamohan and Harsh V Pant. She likes to enquire about the happenings around the world and then compare the contemporary happenings with the perspectives of Classical Philosophers like "Morgenthau" and "Sun Tzu". Apart from this, she is a believer in spirituality and the healing process of meditation. She loves learning new languages. Therefore, in addition to English, Hindi, and Punjabi, she speaks conversational level French and Arabic. Prior to Yuno Learning, she was working as a content creator intern with QuadB Technologies. She learned a lot of concepts with respect to content creation and YouTube as a platform for sharing content. At Yuno Learning, she teaches beginner-level students along with kids and homemakers. She likes to ensure that they improve their grammatical skills and that they start speaking fluently without any kind of hesitation.
