I have been training students for IELTS/PTE and for advanced English for last 6 years now. One important thing that these years have taught me is that every student is different and needs specialized and customized approach to be taught. We should not teach all the students with the same method, therefore, these one on one sessions really help me to understand the need of the students and catering their needs in a well manner.
