Excel Examples: Calendar (Part 2)

In this tutorial video, you will learn how to make calendar in excel sheet. Few Excel functions like IF, IFERROR, TEXT, DATEVALUE, EOMONTH are used in the tutorial. Also we have used conditional formatting and drop-down list. First, we matched the day name with day name and by its first date of any month taken. After that error values replaced with blank by help of IFERROR function. Form 2nd row of the calendar we have checked that is the date smaller or equal from the last date of the selected month by the help of EOMONTH function.

Finally we have applied some conditional formatting to identify the current date with a specified formatting. Another conditional formatting applied for the current day with different month. To change the calendar please choose the month and year from dropdown list as you want.
