The given graph demonstrates the wind speed during the two consecutive days of February at two different Norwegian locations namely Vik and Hestavollane.
Overall, Vik experienced a mild to gentle wind speed, while Hestavollane experienced strong to high wind speed throughout the two days. Although the wind speed initially was lower in Vik, it went up the next day.However, in Hestavollane the wind speed showed an upward trend from 13th of February and peaked on the 14th of February.
Vik's wind speed did not fluctuate much, yet it varied between 1 m/s and 2 m/s from morning to evening on the 13th of February. An upward trend showed up on the 14th February and it rose to almost about 5m/s, but it declined towards the latter half of the evening, hitting the low point of about 2.5m/s.
The wind speed in Hestavollane started from 5m/s in the morning on the 13th of February and went upto nearly 10m/s towards evening. It peaked to almost 15m/s on the 14th morning and then declined by the evening. Yet, it maintained an average speed of around 10 m/s towards the end of the day even at its lowest point.

The given graph depicts the speed of the wind at two different European cities, Vik and Hestavollane on 13th and 14th of February 2018. The wind speed is measured in m /s.
Overall, the wind speed in Vik and Hestavollane was not varying much on the 13th February but the speed spiked up in both the Norwegian cities on the 14th February. Although major wind speed spike in Vik was towards the late evening on the 14th February while it spiked in Hestavollane in the early morning hours on the 14th February 2018.
The wind speed in Vik was light to minimal throughout the day, which was from 0 m/s to nearly 1 m/s but the speed increased towards the latter part of the day on the 13th of February. Gradually, the wind speed picked up on the 14th of February morning and consistently increased till the evening and spiked up to the highest to nearly 5m/s.
In terms of wind speed, Hestavollane witnessed a much higher range of wind on both the days. The wind speed varied a lot on a higher scale than Vik on each day and the speed peaked to the maximum of about 10 m/s in the early hours on the 14th February 2018.
