Nowadays the increasing number of garbage is a real concern. What are the reasons behind it? What can be done to resolve it?
A substantial increase in waste products is causing serious health issues and emerging as a challenge. Out of many reasons, the two major causes are the lack of awareness about how to recycle garbage, and the growth in the population, which acts as a catalyst to this problem. Therefore, the governments of various states and nations must take appropriate actions to solve the issue of garbage and its effective disposal.
Indeed, there are multiple reasons which are adding to the growth of litter in our surroundings. Firstly, as a result of exponential growth in population, people have unknowingly promoted the usage of unnecessary things leading to an increase in waste. For example, in a recent survey organized by a national news agency, it has been observed that there has been a ten times increase in garbage produced by Delhi in the last two years in comparison to the last decade. Secondly, due to lack of options and awareness, people are not using reusable products. Hence, garbage has become an uncontrollable monster for mankind because of ignorance and population spike.
However, the whole of humankind has to work together to curb this issue. Governments across different nations have to build strong policies where they must promote recycling plants. For instance, plastic wastes can be recycled and used in different automotive industries as raw material. Moreover, the college education system must emphasize challenges and ill-effects of waste on the health of both humans and the environment. With the collective effort from governments and with social awareness, domestic waste can be reduced.
In conclusion, one can say that with the growth of the human race the glaring issue of garbage has increased rapidly. But with proper government policies and action plans, this issue can be addressed effectively.

Indeed, it is true that over the years, society has witnessed a substantial increase in waste products. This waste is causing serious health issues and emerging as a challenging issue in front of us. However, to tackle this adverse situation, the residents must cooperate with the governments of various states and nations, and take appropriate actions to enhance and propagate the methods of recycling.
Such existence of filth and dirt can be tackled by a combined effort of citizens and the government. The government can come up with policies, but the citizens must take this serious issue as a moral responsibility. It is a civic responsibility of the residents to take care of the cleanliness and garbage disposal of their vicinity. For instance, people should try to segregate their domestic waste into dry, wet and recyclable waste bins, which will eventually help the garbage collectors to recycle the waste with less effort. Hence a complete end to end cooperation between the people and the municipal authorities can definitely solve this issue effectively.

Nowadays the increasing number of garbage is a real concern. What are the reasons behind it?
A substantial increase in waste products is causing serious health issues and emerge as a challenge. Out of many reasons the two most evident causes are lack of awareness on recycling garbage and a spike in debris generation.
Indeed, there are multiple reasons which are adding to the growth of litter in our surroundings. It is majorly the result of exponential growth in population, people have unknowingly promoted the usage of unnecessary things leading to an increase in waste. For example, in a recent survey organized by a national news agency, it was observed that there has been a ten times increase in garbage produced by Delhi in the last two years in comparison to the last decade. This excessive hike in garbage is majorly due to single time use products. For instance, people prefer to buy disposable plates made out of plastics because they are economical, but they forget that if they use their own crockery they can reduce the excessive litter. Hence it is just a matter of convenience for people.
Similarly, another cause that leads to the relentless growth of garbage is the lack of recycling awareness amongst the community. Moreover, people are not promoting reusable products. For instance, when the residents of metro cities were asked in a survey about correct methods of garbage disposal; a surprisingly large number of qualified people were clueless with the concept. Hence, due to lack of awareness about litter disposal we can see a spike in its monstrous growth.
In conclusion, with the growth of the human race, the glaring issue of garbage has increased rapidly. Therefore, we must educate our youth about garbage disposal and also try to create less waste materials.
