Part 1:

• Is it easy for you to manage your time?

To be honest, it’s extremely difficult for me to inculcate time management in my routine. Being a working professional, my focus is on deadlines, and the tasks that I have to do tend to pile up sometimes. So, quite often, I am unable to keep track of time and therefore,  I focus on dealing with the work that I have to submit at the earliest.

• How do you usually organize your time?

I usually use a Google Chrome extension called ‘momentum’. It has a to-do list, which I use to plan my day and add the timings of all my meetings. It not only helps me to keep track of my schedule but also allows me to keep track of completed tasks and pending tasks.

• What is the hardest part of planning for you?

In my opinion, the most difficult aspect of planning my time is to jot everything down in my notes or on a calendar. Although it gives you clarity about your schedule and meetings, at the same time, it can be a tedious task. Moreover, I am of the opinion that the time spent in scheduling a calendar can be used elsewhere, more productively.

• Do you use any technology to help you manage your time?

Yes, I use my iPad to manage my time. I keep track of my meetings in the calendar and with the help of the notes app, I maintain important details about my meetings and tasks that I have to do on a daily basis. Moreover, it has easy connectivity with my phone which allows the notes to sync in my phone as well.
