Part 1:

  • What is your daily routine?

My day starts at 6 AM with a workout because I feel that exercise should not be avoided at any cost as it helps us to avert diseases. Post that, I have my tea and after finishing my daily chores and household activities, I start my work at around 10 AM. I work from home and hence I work till 1 PM and after lunch, I get back to work from 2 to 6 PM. Post 6 pm, I spend time with my family and after having dinner with them, I go to bed at 10.30 PM.

  • Who helps you the most at work?

Usually, I like to work on my own and thus do not require any help. Sometimes, my mother-in-law helps me with the household chores such as preparing breakfast or serving food to the other family members while I am working.

  • What time do you go to bed?

I very much believe in the saying, ‘Early to bed, early to rise, makes one healthy, wealthy, and wise.’ Therefore, I go to bed early, around 10.30 PM. This also helps me to get the required number of hours of sleep, which is 7-8 hours, and helps me to be stress-free.

  • How do you usually start your day?

I start my day with meditation and yoga as it helps me to stay balanced and motivated for the rest of the day. Yoga is a great way to be fit and stress-free. Meditating helps me to concentrate better and keep my cool in difficult situations.

  • How do you like to spend your weekdays?

Weekdays are mostly for work and official commitments, mainly. I like to keep my weekdays engaged so that I can have enough time for myself over the weekends. Therefore, I prioritize all the tasks that need my time and attention over the weekdays like my office work, which I make a point to complete, within the deadlines. Moreover, I delegate my household work to my house staff so that I am not bogged down by domestic matters.
