Part 1:

• What are the advantages of handwriting?

There are numerous benefits of writing a note by hand, whether it’s for work or personal use. I believe it adds a personal touch to one’s work. Also, one is more focussed when one is writing something by hand.

• What do you prefer, writing by hand or typing on the computer?

Being a working professional, I have to write millions of things in a day. Due to the heavy workload, I prefer to type on the computer because then, I can share it right away with the designated person.

• Which skill plays an important role, handwriting or typing?

I believe both the skills have their significance. Handwriting helps us to present our anecdotes in a much more personalised manner whereas typing brings speed and efficiency to our work and allows us to be more productive. Based on their needs, a person can choose the method that works well for them.

• What do you find more time-consuming, typing or handwriting?

I believe that handwriting is more time-consuming if one is going for long-form content. For instance, It can take hours to write a ten page assignment by hand but one can complete it much faster if one is typing on a laptop.
