Part 1 Calendar

Do you use a calendar regularly?

Yes, absolutely. I use a digital calendar almost every day to keep track of my classes, meetings, and deadlines. To be honest, it helps me stay organised and ensures that nothing slips through the cracks. Besides that, I can set reminders, which makes managing my schedule much easier.

Do you prefer paper calendars or digital ones?

I definitely prefer digital calendars. For one thing, they are convenient because I can access them on my phone anytime, anywhere. On top of that, I can edit events instantly and receive notifications. It's a real lifesaver when I have a busy week.

What do you usually mark on your calendar?

I usually mark important appointments, work-related deadlines, and personal events such as birthdays. In addition, I often schedule study sessions and fitness activities. As the saying goes, "a stitch in time saves nine"; planning ahead helps me avoid last-minute stress.

Has technology changed how people plan their schedules?

Yes, without a doubt. Nowadays, people rely heavily on smartphones and scheduling apps rather than traditional planners. As a result, it has become much easier to organise tasks and manage time effectively. At the touch of a button, people can set reminders and share schedules with others.

Do you think being organised is important?

Yes, I do. In my opinion, being organised allows people to use their time more efficiently and achieve their goals. What's more, it reduces stress because everything is planned in advance. When you have your ducks in a row, life tends to run much more smoothly.
