Part 2:

Talk about something healthy you enjoy doing.

You should say:

  • What you do
  • Where you do it
  • Who do you do it with

One healthy activity that I thoroughly enjoy is hiking amidst nature. It's a rejuvenating experience that combines physical exercise with the serenity of the great outdoors. I often embark on hiking trails that offer scenic views, lush forests, and breathtaking landscapes.

One of my favourite hiking spots is a nearby national park, where winding trails lead through dense forests, alongside cascading waterfalls, and up to panoramic viewpoints. The tranquil ambiance and fresh air invigorate my senses, making each hike a revitalising escape from the daily grind.

While I sometimes venture solo to immerse myself in nature's tranquillity and for introspection, I also enjoy hiking with close friends or family members. Sharing the experience with like-minded individuals adds a social element to the activity, fostering camaraderie and creating lasting memories.

Together, we navigate challenging terrains, conquer steep ascents, and revel in the rewards of reaching scenic vistas. Conversations flow freely amidst the beauty of nature, and laughter echoes through the trails, enhancing the overall enjoyment factor of the hike.

Hiking not only benefits my physical well-being by providing a full-body workout but also nourishes my mental and emotional health. The peaceful surroundings and connection with nature offer moments of mindfulness and relaxation, reducing stress and rejuvenating the mind.

Overall, hiking has become a cherished, healthy activity that I look forward to, offering a perfect blend of adventure, exercise, and rejuvenation in the embrace of nature's beauty. The sense of accomplishment and serenity that hiking brings has made it an integral part of my lifestyle, promoting a balanced and fulfilling approach to wellness.

Part 3:

  • How can people improve their health?

Taking charge of your health is like crafting a unique journey filled with mindful choices and empowering actions. It starts with savouring vibrant meals that nourish your body, enjoying activities that invigorate your spirit, and prioritising rest to rejuvenate your mind. Regular health check-ups become checkpoints along your path, ensuring you stay on track and catch the bumps early. By listening to your body's cues and embracing a holistic approach to well-being, you pave the way for a vibrant, healthy, and fulfilling life.

  • Do you think that all diseases are preventable?

While we can't control every twist and turn in our health journey, I reckon that making smart choices significantly reduces the risk of many diseases. It's like stacking the odds in your favour by staying active, eating wholesome foods, and avoiding harmful habits. These lifestyle choices create a sturdy foundation for your well-being, even though some health challenges may still arise unexpectedly. By focusing on what's within our control and adopting a proactive mindset, we empower ourselves to lead healthier lives.

  • Do you think that in the future there will be fewer diseases?

Looking ahead, I believe that the future of health looks promising with ongoing advancements in healthcare and greater awareness of preventive measures. Vaccines, improved hygiene practices, and community health initiatives have already led to declines in certain diseases. However, new challenges like environmental factors and emerging pathogens remind us of the importance of staying vigilant. By continuing to invest in research, education, and accessible healthcare, we can work towards a future with fewer health hurdles to overcome.

  • Do you think that medicine should be free?

The idea of accessible healthcare for all is a noble aspiration that requires thoughtful consideration. While universal access to medicine is appealing, I reckon that finding sustainable solutions is key. Initiatives like targeted subsidies, cost-effective treatments, and comprehensive healthcare coverage bridge the gap between affordability and quality care. Ensuring that everyone has access to essential medications and healthcare services contributes to a healthier and more equitable society.

  • What makes a person a good doctor?

Being an exceptional doctor is about more than medical expertise – it's about forming meaningful connections, advocating for patients, and embodying compassion. I believe that a great doctor listens attentively, communicates clearly, and involves patients in decision-making. They prioritise empathy, respect patient autonomy, and approach each case with diligence and integrity.  I believe that overall, continuous professional development, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to patient-centered care define a good doctor's practice.
