About the article
This IELTS General Training Question Appeared on 14 October 2023 in India.
Dear Sophie,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am sorry that I won't be available during the dates we planned for your visit. Unfortunately, a work commitment has arisen that requires my immediate attention and cannot be postponed. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
However, I am eager to make amends and would love for you to consider rescheduling your visit to 13th December. I am confident that I will be free during that time and will be able to dedicate my full attention to our holiday together. I understand if this may not be ideal, but I genuinely value our time together and want to ensure we can make the most of it.
Once again, I apologize for any disruption this may have caused to your plans. I am sure you will understand and am looking forward to the possibility of enjoying our holiday together on the suggested date.
I am eagerly awaiting your confirmation and I hope we can create wonderful memories together during our holiday.
With love,
Rita
