I think people enjoy watching sports even if they don’t play them because it’s exciting and entertaining. Sports bring out emotions like joy, suspense, and sometimes even frustration, which makes the whole experience engaging. Many people also watch because they admire the skills of professional athletes and feel inspired by their dedication.

As for me, I really enjoy watching tennis, especially the Grand Slam events. I also like badminton and cricket, particularly the limited-over matches. A cricket match between India and Pakistan, for example, creates so much energy and excitement that it feels like more than just a game.

I definitely believe sports bring people together. Whether it’s families gathering around the TV or fans cheering in a stadium, sports create a sense of unity and shared passion.

Of course, some people think watching sports is a waste of time, but I would say it depends on balance. If you enjoy it and it makes you happy, then it’s not wasted time at all.
