• Grammar is the Key

A badly structured sentence is an eyesore and if the grammar is incorrect the readers lose interest right then and there. Let’s understand this via an example, “I got a nice real bouquet of flowers” – this sentence means that you’ve got a “real” bouquet and it makes no sense. “I got a really nice bouquet of flowers” is the correct sentence. Did you see how even a simple word placed here or there can change the meaning of the sentence? A lot of times writers who don’t have enough knowledge about grammatical rules tend to use the same sentence structures and words. Example 2: “I go to the cafe and see many people sitting there. Everyone is sipping hot coffee whilst chatting amongst themselves. I sit in the cafe and a kind waiter serves me tea with complimentary cookies” 

We have used gerunds, complex sentences, compound sentence structures in this 3 liner passage and have added some color to an otherwise dreary passage.
