You bought a refrigerator ten days ago. But on reaching home you discovered that it did not work properly. You have got no response from the customer service.

3- state the action that you would like the company to take

I purchased a refrigerator from your shop on 1st Nov 2018. I am writing to you as I want to bring it to your notice that the refrigerator is faulty.
I bought a 350 Litres silver coloured Haier refrigerator from you ten days ago. But on reaching home when I plugged it on, I found its compressor faulty. It is not working properly and is not cooling at all. I have tried it a couple of times but it does not work and the food is getting spoilt.
I contacted the customer service immediately in this regards and I was told that it would be replaced within 48 hours as it is under warranty. But I have not received any communication after that. I am very disappointed and it is causing inconvenience to me.
As the refrigerator is under the warranty period, I would like you to get it replaced with a new one immediately.
